It is also for those that have an interest in learning to make the different wood joints and crafting. As a means to improve their problem-solving capabilities, students will learn about marking and processing timber, and using various hand held tools. The course will be over a 10 week period and each student will have to set out and aim to produce to an acceptable standard example a broad range of joint such as halving, mortice and tenon, bridal joints and dovetails to develop and improve their woodworking hand skills.

The basics and fundamentals of yoga poses are introduced. Learn the process of proper alignment in the poses, breathing techniques and to build confidence in your yoga postures learning to listen to your own instincts to what feels an appropriate safe depth of movement and alignment for you.
I finish the class with a wonderful deep relaxation (Savasana) and will go home feeling balanced and relaxed ready for a good night's sleep.
